I have been using Simply Lead Coaching services for approximately one year. I did not actively seek out assistance until I started to seriously look for another career path, and I knew I could not do it alone. Prior to interviewing for my current role, I went to Simply Lead Coaching and asked for guidance with interview preparation for the interview, as it has a potential for a leadership role. Melna assisted me in how to prepare for the interviews (ie. examples of my experience, questions to ask the interviewer, etc.), and we plotted out my 90-day plan, if I were hired. I believe that the preparation was the reason that I was confident in the interview process, and was later offered the position. My coaching did not stop once I was hired, and we continue to prepare for the management opportunity that is on the horizon.
